IT Sr. Network Administrator – Piscataway, NJ & unanticipated client locations thruout US – Assist with the migration of contact center from Avaya 1x platform to Cisco UCCE 10.x. Provision bulk import of Cisco IP phones on various clusters and configure software translations for Cisco Call Manager 4.x/5.x/7.x/8.x and higher. Build and implement new Cisco VoIP solutions. Troubleshoot connectivity issues to peripheral equipment including Cisco Call Managers, Cisco Unity voice messaging and various gateways. Lead engineering and planning functions on new and/or existing ICM (Cisco Intelligent Contact Management) CVP (Customer Voice Portal) systems and provide subject matter expertise on new and existing projects. Responsible for designing and building call flows in ICM script editor, IVR recording management. Provision and troubleshoot UCCE Scripts, Call types, Skill group/route and Agent teams as per Application Design Document (ADD). Manage MGCP, SIP/H.323 dial plans schemes and advance troubleshooting. Implement and support Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE 7.x Platform). REQUIRES: Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering + min. 2 years experience as Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Software Engineer or related.
