We have new job opening with our direct Bio Medical Manufacturing client which requires to Inspect all incoming materials shipments, all internally manufactured components such as extruded or molded parts, all in process assemblies, all packaging operations, sterilized and non-sterile finished products. Properly fill out all documents and file same properly. Maintain compliance to QSR/ISO/MDD regulations. – Work under the directions and guidance from the QE(s) in the cells being supported. This position is in Warsaw IN.

• Non Conformance Reviews / Quality Approver for the cells being supported
• Requires to review of out of calibration gages for effects on process and product.
• Support Operator Certifications for the cells you support
• Work closely with the QE(s) for the cells you support. Assist with: containment, investigations, testing, Projects, etc.
• Must be able to Support investigations as required for the cells your support
• Must be able to Lead completion of Quality Assurance portion of Process Monitoring through review of data and supporting any investigations needed.
• Flex as needed to support other areas/cells that Knees QA or other Quality teams need help in.
