We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist.

As Lead Generation Specialist, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Work with marketing teams to create annual plans and develop/implement campaigns that meet goals for marketing contribution to sales pipeline
  • Work with sales teams to optimize processes from initial inquiry to closed opportunity
  • Partner with content marketing to execute and measure tactics including email, PPC, display and social
  • Work with a marketing automation platform to deliver lead nurturing to support the customer journey and lead scoring to help the sales teams effectively prioritize follow up
  • Manage the marketing database, including segmentation, contact acquisition, data cleansing
  • Create reports and dashboards to track activity from various lead sources at all funnel stages
  • Constantly monitor and tune the performance of the lead funnel, lead scoring engine and lead follow-up/conversion.
  • Work closely with sales to achieve goals
  • Manage assigned marketing projects/campaigns, including: meeting deadlines, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures. Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients and key leadership
  • Work with Director of Marketing to assess marketing ROI and make recommendations to optimize marketing spend

Collaborate and interact with other multi-national marketing and sales teams and departments within Field Engineer.
